Over more than three decades, Richard has led major infrastructure programmes, advised senior leadership teams and provided independent assurance on some of the UK's most complex projects. Those experiences have shaped a practical and measured approach that combines strategic thinking with real-world delivery.
As a Chartered Engineer and Member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Association for Project Management, Richard continues to provide independent leadership, governance and delivery assurance to organisations seeking better project outcomes.
