The Reeves Project Delivery Model provides a structured methodology for building organisational capability and improving confidence in project delivery.
Rather than focusing solely on individual projects, the methodology considers the wider organisational environment in which projects are delivered. By assessing leadership, governance, assurance and delivery capabilities as an integrated whole, it provides a clear understanding of current organisational capability and identifies practical opportunities for improvement.
The Reeves Project Delivery Model provides the framework for this methodology. It is then applied through a simple Three Stage Process comprising an independent Audit, a Capability Assessment and a practical Delivery Improvement Plan. Together, these stages provide a clear pathway to strengthening organisational capability and improving confidence in delivery.
The Three Stage Process

The Reeves Project Delivery Model is applied through a simple three stage process that enables organisations to understand their current capability, identify opportunities for improvement and develop a practical roadmap for stronger project delivery.
1. Audit
An independent Audit provides an objective review of the organisation's current project delivery environment. It considers leadership, governance, assurance and delivery arrangements to establish a clear understanding of existing capability and performance.
2. Capability Assessment
The findings of the Audit are evaluated against the Reeves Project Delivery Model to identify organisational strengths, capability gaps and opportunities for improvement. This provides a structured assessment of the organisation's overall capability to deliver successful projects.
3. Delivery Improvement Plan
The Capability Assessment is translated into a practical Delivery Improvement Plan. Prioritised recommendations provide a clear and achievable roadmap for strengthening organisational capability, improving confidence and supporting better project delivery outcomes.
