Overview
Farnborough Aerospace Centre was a major £110 million business park development providing more than one million sq. ft. of office accommodation for leading international occupiers. Reeves Project Management was engaged to manage the bespoke tenant fit-out requirements for BAE Systems, supporting a wider strategic consolidation programme. The role required close coordination across multiple stakeholders to define requirements, maintain programme control and deliver the fit-out works within budget and schedule.
The Challenge
BAE required the new facilities to support a strategic rationalisation programme, enabling closure of regional production plants and consolidation of operations at Farnborough. The challenge was to determine and deliver bespoke fit-out requirements across multiple stakeholders while ensuring the programme remained within budget and schedule.

Establishing and directing a dedicated multi-disciplinary project team.
Preparing designs and specifications tailored to tenant needs.
Instructing and managing the main contractor to deliver the construction fit-out works.
The Outcome
All office and support facilities were fitted out successfully within budget and schedule. The timely delivery enabled BAE to implement its phased plant rationalisation strategy, consolidating operations and securing long-term occupancy at the Aerospace Centre.
