Arlington Securities commissioned the Southern Lakes development at Aztec West: five new headquarters buildings for major tenants within one of the UK’s best-known business parks. With occupation required within just 12 months, the programme demanded strong coordination across investors, landlords, tenant representatives and the professional team. Reeves Project Management was appointed to provide project leadership from design through construction, helping maintain programme control and deliver the development on time.
